Is there an Extended Warranty?
– Yes, terms can be discussed on customer’s needs.
What is the diagnosis fee?
– Flat $20.
– No fix still counts as a diagnosis.
How long does the diagnosis take?
– Up to 15 working days to process the device and give a quote.
How long does the repair take?
– Up to 7 working days to finish the repair and tests after confirmation of the quote.
– Express processing: 3 to 5 working days to finish the repair, an extra charge will incur.
How to send your device?
– Either by hand delivery or the customer can arrange pickup and delivery.

What happens after the repair is done?
– We will communicate this to you after which you should pick up your device within 1 month.
