Device Diagnosis & Repair Risks
- Some components may need to be removed for proper diagnosis; occasionally, they cannot be reinstalled.
- Warranty stickers or labels might be damaged or removed during this process, which could void the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Repairs carry risk and may unintentionally worsen an issue.
- New problems might be uncovered during repair that weren’t visible during diagnosis-this could affect the quote.
- By sending your device for repair, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
- ⚠️ Please note: GPUs older than RTX 30 Series (Nvidia) or RX 6000 Series (AMD) will be considered as low priority and dealt with accordingly.
- 🔃 Have an older or faulty GPU? We may be interested in buying it from you as an alternative option.
✅ Warranty Coverage
- Included in the price:
- 1-month general warranty after the repair is completed and you’ve been notified.
- 6-month warranty for thermal-related repairs.
- VGA cards are only covered under warranty if installed and used with a proper VGA support bracket or holder.
- Extended warranty options are available, customized to suit your needs.
💰 Diagnosis Fee
- Flat $20, regardless of whether the device can be fixed
- “No fix” still counts as a diagnosis
- If you proceed with the repair, the diagnosis fee will be deducted from the total cost
⏳ Timelines
- Diagnosis: Up to 15 working days to provide a quote.
- Repair: Up to 7 working days after your confirmation.
- Express Repair: 3 to 5 working days, for an additional $20 flat fee.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
- Drop it off yourself or arrange your courier.
- Prefer convenience? Our pickup and delivery service is available for $5 each way.
📢 After Repair
- We’ll notify you when the repair is complete.
- Devices must be collected within 1 month-after that, they’ll be considered forfeited, as we cannot store them indefinitely.
